ABOUT PETER S. BEAGLE
SFWA Grand Master. Hugo Award winner. The man who wrote The Last Unicorn.
Peter S. Beagle was born in New York City in 1939 and has spent more than six decades writing fantasy that reads like truth. His 1968 novel The Last Unicorn has never been out of print. It has been translated into dozens of languages and adapted into the beloved 1982 animated film. He has written novels, screenplays, short stories, and essays. He was named a Grand Master by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America in 2018, the highest honor the field can bestow.
He is 87 years old. He is still writing.
